Wouldn't it be fun to grief the proto users on your own team and make them waste ISK while you just laugh in your start suit that doesn't cost anything? Since it's already easy to grief people in PC, why not extend this to the regular matches?

Sure if the npc corp that hires you is able to fine you for any damaged caused , and bar you from doing regular pub matches if you do it too often. Simple Solution. Just keep creating alts. Doesn't take long to get out of Academy. And just keep wrecking havok until you get flagged too much and then start a new character.

For a TK deincentive, after whatever amount of team kills, have your clone deactivated so death is permanent for that match (meaning not a direct boot), also the penalties in SP and ISK should be applied to the PSN account and thus all Alts. PSN is free. Someone determined enough would just keep on creating new PSN IDs and continue their griefing.
